I’m excited to share that BoardGen just received a major update. These improvements make generating your Notion boards faster, clearer, and much more customizable.

You can now see a live preview of your tasks as you type your project idea. This gives you instant clarity before generating your board.

You can now instantly load example prompts such as Startup Roadmap, Marketing Strategy, Content Calendar, App Development, Game Development, School Project, and Course Creation. Clicking a preset fills the prompt box automatically.

Before generating a board, you can choose the task complexity level, turn subtasks on or off, include deadlines, and toggle tags. This gives you far more control over how the final board is structured.

Once your board has been created, you can now enhance it with one-click options such as adding extra tasks, adding subtasks, adding deadlines, simplifying task language, making tasks more technical, or regenerating the board entirely.

There is now a full templates library where you can start with a pre-made setup for things like SaaS roadmaps, marketing funnels, fitness app development, study planners, content planning, and more.

The app now includes a cleaner, more intuitive side menu that makes it easier to navigate between Generate Board, Templates, History, Account, and Support.

The interface has been polished with smoother transitions, improved spacing, updated hover effects, and a more premium feel across the entire experience.

Your monthly usage is now displayed with a clear progress bar so you always know how many boards you have left.
