I built BlockABot after dealing with constant bot and scraper traffic across a few of my own sites. Most of the tools I tried either felt overcomplicated or didn’t work well across multiple servers, so I wanted something simple to set up and easy to manage. The goal was to make it as lightweight as possible, just add a small script and it starts watching behavior and helping block things that don’t look human. I also added a shared network of recently detected bad IPs and patterns, so activity seen on one site can help protect others without having to manage everything manually. Still early and I’m actively improving it, so any feedback would mean a lot. Appreciate you checking it out

Are you showing any kind of live activity or logs to users right now?

I think the only thing I’d watch is how you communicate effectiveness early on, because with tools like this people usually need to see what’s being blocked to trust it.

The shared network sounds interesting, it feels like that could become the real good feature if it gets enough data over time.
