Black Root

Hey Product Hunt 👋 Thanks for checking out Black Root. This started from my observation that lots of non-black people want to learn about issues affecting black people, but don't know where to start. While I also noticed that a lot of black people don't know the resources that are available for them either. So I decided to solve this. An initial spreadsheet quickly grew to what you see here now, thanks to the generous contributions of many people 🙌 If you're looking learn about the experience but you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure of where to start, this is for you. Podcasts, books, speeches, movies, documentaries articles...no matter how you like to consume knowledge, there's something in this directory to help you learn more. Needless to say that this project is not in any way meant to race-bait or exclude other races. This is about black people, but it's for everyone. I personally believe racism is fundamentally an education problem- this resource library is a way to make that education process easier This was built entirely in Notion so I guess you can call it another no-code project 😁 Hope you like it.
