What inspired me?: Seeing business owners frustrated by managing entire teams through the chaos of WhatsApp groups. I wanted to build a solution that gives control and peace of mind back to leaders.
What problem are solving?: Operational chaos and lack of traceability. Bizy centralizes GPS attendance, photo-based incident reporting, and official announcements in one digital command center.
How did your approach evolve?: It evolved from a simple calendar to a real-time operations tool. I learned that simplicity is key: the app must be easy to use for both the boss and the field worker.

To ensure no data ever drops, the app uses Smart Sync technology:
Offline Capture: If a team member clocks in or out in a 'dead zone,' Bizy locally captures the precise GPS coordinates and timestamp right on the device.
Seamless UX: The user gets instant confirmation that their check-in was recorded, so they can get straight to work without any technical friction.
Auto-Sync: As soon as the device pings a cellular or Wi-Fi signal, the app automatically pushes the stored data to the Command Center in the background.
Admin Integrity: You’ll see exactly when and where the event happened, regardless of when the signal was restored. No gaps, no guesswork.
