I didn’t build Birdasti just to fix renting — I built it because I lived the pain and knew millions were silently stuck too.

Hi, I’m Fares — a proud father, full-time bank advisor, and now founder of Birdasti. I’m not a developer or a social media guy. I’m just someone who refused to accept that renting had to be so broken.

For years, I felt trapped as a tenant. The rental process was slow, stressful, scattered across outdated platforms. I’d try to relocate but couldn’t find anything affordable or worth moving for. I’d miss the timing to give notice, get stuck in the same place for another year. Sound familiar?

We all get it, landlords want rent stability — fair, it’s their cash flow. Long-term residents build trust, so leases are usually set to 1 year — and that’s fine.

But what about the tenants and those of us who need to find something fast when it’s time to relocate? I know we would all have more chances of finding something interesting if everyone could list and search simultaneously and unlocking all that hidden supply — a game changer that traditional platforms all lack. We’re the new way to find your next place, with no stress.

It’s a better, faster solution to rental housing problems in big cities, compared to the government thinking that building more is the answer which take years and rarely bring affordable options. What we need is a smarter process — a behavioral shift.

There’s no way to do this on today’s rental sites. Listing while searching leads to awkward calls, confusion, and stress. We needed a new model.
