I love this product! Our QAC and Validation Manager have fought with regulatory authorities and client auditors for years about the usefulness and regulatory interpretation of the requirement for capturing objective evidence during testing-- we considered electronically signing and documenting actual results of test runs objective evidence and didn't require screenshots during testing; however, clients wanted screenshots. Enter BEB. We are easily able to record test run sessions, add test run session links to testing, and have a meaningful tool used during formal validation testing that provides value to the development and validation teams when test cases don't pass. The BEB recordings meet auditors expectations and desire for recorded objective evidence of our manual validation testing. Adding BEB to our processes and procedures for validation documentation was easy, fast, and straight forward. Besides validation of BEB as a tool to support our validation documentation (per FDA requirements for Medical Device SaaS), there has been little to no overhead for the validation team to use the product while completing test runs--and b/c using BEB doesn't increase test run times, we easily implemented the use of BEB throughout all our validation testing processes, not just our Medical Device SaaS validations. The QAC department, validation team, development team, and external regulatory and client auditors are all happy!
