We just launched a new customer on BionicWP and they're blown away by the site speed; >90 for both mobile and desktop - up from 31 on their old host! Looks like a great competitor to the WP Hosts in the market! I have a few questions since we're considering this... It looks like 1 site gets 20k visitors per month. How are those visitors counted? Are bots included in the count? I ask because I was previously looking at Kinsta but found out my 20k Google Analytics visitors were actually 60k visitors according to AWStats because Kinsta counts all hits (aka bots) as traffic. That changed the monthly fee substantially. Also, "Bionic Speed" pushed the price up from $27.50/mth to $36.50/mth for 1 site. Why? And what *is* Bionic Speed and why is it an upsell? It's confusing because the language on the sales page suggests this is part of the core offering (Headline: "Come for the Speed, Stay for the Support"). Wouldn't that upsell potentially lower your infrastructure cost since servers aren't hit quite as hard by website traffic. Or are the servers working harder by speeding things up? Congrats on the launch and looking forward to the response.
