Binder Suite is three focused, local-first apps built from years of managing software releases, customer escalations, operational incidents, and system continuity. Release Binder organizes release readiness and handoffs. Escalation Binder preserves ownership, evidence, decisions, communications, RCA, and closure. Operations Binder documents systems, dependencies, recovery evidence, risks, and trusted sources. Native on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, sold once with no advertising or analytics.
I spent years managing software releases, customer escalations, operational incidents, and the handoffs that happen when ownership changes. The same failure pattern kept appearing: the important context was scattered across tickets, chats, spreadsheets, and general-purpose project tools.
Binder Suite is my attempt to give each kind of work a durable home. Release Binder handles planned release readiness. Escalation Binder follows a finite issue from first report through verified closure. Operations Binder preserves long-lived system knowledge and recovery context.
They are separate apps because these records have different lifecycles. I did not want to turn them into one oversized project-management platform.
All three are native on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, local-first, one-time purchases, and contain no advertising or third-party analytics. Escalation Binder and Operations Binder use private iCloud continuity. Release Binder is also available on Android.
I would especially value feedback from release managers, support leaders, SREs, and system administrators about where operational handoffs still break down in your work.
