Bimiq is an agentic BIM platform for AEC teams that researches a project brief, designs the building, and turns it into an editable native BIM model with drawings, schedules and visualizations.
Hey everyone! 👋
I'm Philip, the founder of Bimiq.
I've been building this because I think there's a lot more AI can do in architecture than just generate renders, floor plans, or concepts.
What if you could give AI a project brief, have it research the project, develop the design, generate an actual BIM model, and then keep working on that model with AI?
That's what we're trying to make possible with Bimiq. You can take a project from research and design to BIM modeling, documentation, visualization, and export to tools like Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and PDF.
We're still early, and there's a lot more I want to build. Getting to share this with everyone today is a big milestone for me.
