Bimble

Hello Product Hunters Thanks so much @razkarmi for hunting Bimble. Really exciting to wake up to the news that our new app has hit the listings on Product Hunt! We’ve had our website out for a little more than a year and our app for just a few short weeks. It’s been pretty crazy, following the lean startup methodology - releasing early, iterating often - we’re on two week sprints, putting out updates and new features as fast as we can. Who’d have thought that Covid would show up just as we release an app for places! Yikes! But, it turns out that people kind of love to think about the places they’re missing. Last week we had 7000 people on Bimble, not bad for a little start up! Building a platform for user generated content is kind of tricky. We obviously have our vision of Bimble, but in the end, it’s whatever all those who spend time adding their places, photos and comments make it into. But, for the record, here’s why we Bimble: To treasure the places we love, from the everyday to the extraordinary. Bimble is a home for all your places.
