Hey Product Hunt! I built Billow to solve two issues, late night math and awkward who owes what to who conversations. Originally this was going to be an all the bells and whistles app, but when I tested it myself it was just bloated, I wanted simple and quick, no accounts, no receipt storage, no database calls, no downloads. So I made the tool I actually wanted to use. How it works: Scan your receipt with your phone camera (or upload a receipt) App reads the items and prices Split evenly, or assign specific items to specific people (you can also treat people in the group, split single items) Text everyone their share.
