I was building an app and needed a better way to let users pay per use, without shoving everyone into a subscription. Every billing platform I found was designed for recurring plans — not for flexible, usage-based access. So I built Billivio — a backend billing engine (not a payment processor) that makes it easy to: Sell one-time or multi-use access to features Track usage per product, per customer Verify access with a single API call Offer promo codes or email-only unlocks Handle refunds and top-ups See usage and metering per product You own the payment flow.
