BillFeeds is a cloud POS for restaurants that runs on your own phone, tablet, or laptop — no proprietary hardware required. KDS, QR ordering, multi-branch management, inventory, and analytics starting at just Inr 999/month. Built for India, UK, and UAE.
Hey everyone — I'm the founder of BillFeeds, and I want to share why we built this.
I'm based in Hyderabad, India. A couple of years ago, I was helping a friend set up a small biryani restaurant. Nothing fancy — 12 tables, a kitchen, and a dream. When we looked at POS systems, we were floored. The cheapest option was a proprietary tablet setup that cost more than his first month's rent. And that was before the monthly subscription.
He ended up using a notebook and a calculator for the first six months. That's when it hit me: the restaurant industry has a hardware problem disguised as a software problem.
Every POS vendor wants to sell you a device. But every restaurant owner already has a phone in their pocket. Why can't that be the POS?
So we built BillFeeds. It's a full cloud POS — order management, kitchen display, QR ordering, inventory, multi-branch support, analytics — that runs entirely in a browser. Phone, tablet, laptop, whatever you have. No installation. No proprietary hardware. No nonsense.
We started by deploying it in restaurants around Hyderabad. The feedback shaped everything. Multi-branch management came next because owners with 2-3 locations were managing each one separately. QR ordering came from a cafe owner who wanted to cut wait staff during slow hours.
Our pricing starts at 999 rupees a month for India — about 10 dollars. We wanted something that a small dhaba (street-side eatery) could afford, not just a chain restaurant.
We're now live across India, the UK, and the UAE. Every feature we've built comes from a real conversation with a real restaurant owner.
If you run a restaurant and you've ever felt like POS systems are designed for someone with a bigger budget — BillFeeds is for you.
Would love your feedback. Happy to answer any questions here.
