And that was before the monthly subscription. He ended up using a notebook and a calculator for the first six months. No installation. No proprietary hardware. No nonsense. We started by deploying it in restaurants around Hyderabad. The feedback shaped everything. Multi-branch management came next because owners with 2-3 locations were managing each one separately. QR ordering came from a cafe owner who wanted to cut wait staff during slow hours. Our pricing starts at 999 rupees a month for India — about 10 dollars. We wanted something that a small dhaba (street-side eatery) could afford, not just a chain restaurant. We're now live across India, the UK, and the UAE. Every feature we've built comes from a real conversation with a real restaurant owner.
