Every year I use loose paper sheets, a whiteboard, and sticky notes to plan my year. By the end of January, the stickies have flown away, I've lost track of the paper and the whiteboard has been scribbled on with a gazillion other things and all that lost time! I went on a journey to build my own version of a year at a glance and for lack of a better name, I called it the BIG SASS CALENDAR. It starts with overarching personal goals and community goals. Then breaks them down by month and further assigning them to days to help achieve the goal, with a month-end check-in. Get yours in time for the New Year
