Bibliopod is a fast, no-friction EPUB reader that runs right in your browser. No sign-ups, no installs — just drop in your EPUB and start reading. It supports dark mode, custom fonts, font sizing, highlights with text selection, and smooth chapter navigation. Built to feel great on both mobile and desktop, Bibliopod supports swipe gestures on phones and keyboard nav on larger screens. It’s private (no uploads), lightweight, and refreshingly modern — like Calibre or Kindle Cloud Reader, but stripped down to the essentials and fully web-native.
I like books and usually stick to calibre or mobile apps, but i tried this and was actually surprised how light and smooth it feels in the browser. Really nice for quick reading sessions. My only concern is that since it stores stuff in the browser, I'm a little worried my data might randomly vanish if the browser clears the data. would be cool to have some kind of exports or sync later on. Still solid work so far
Impressive work! I really like the concept and the design - especially the choice of fonts. What stands out the most is that this isn't just a generic AI interface, but a well thought out project. this is an app in its infancy and there's still things that need to be added, but in general it's lightweight and works in all devices perfectly.
