Better Without Booze is a science-backed recovery app for people who want to stop drinking — without shame, dogma, or pretending relapse erases progress. At the centre is the Identity Studio: a Sims-meets-Persona-5 system where you map the different drinking identities inside you as actual battling characters who combat within the craving tracker.
