BellAveGo's AI scans 60+ public data signals — code violations (unsafe structures, no-heat orders, roof/plumbing/electrical hazards, rodent, weed, tree & debris citations), building permits, administrative fine dockets, failed inspections, 311 complaints, NOAA storm/hail data, and county property records — to find homeowners across every US city who legally must hire. Each becomes an exclusive lead: one contractor per zip, never shared. 46 trades, flat $197/mo, verify any lead against the city.

I'm Peter, solo founder. Angi/HomeAdvisor sell the same lead to 5 pros — a race to the bottom. BellAveGo scans public records nightly to find homeowners who ACTUALLY have to hire, then hands each to one contractor per zip. Never shared.
What the AI scans (60+ signals):
Code violations — unsafe/dangerous structures, red-tags, condemn/vacate orders, no-heat & boiler failures, sewer/plumbing/lead-pipe hazards, exposed wiring & panel violations, lead paint, facade/parapet/chimney, rodent activity, overgrown lots & weeds, hazard trees & hanging limbs, debris/illegal dumping, sidewalk/concrete defects, fence & pool-barrier violations, foundation cracks
Building permits (planned roofing, HVAC, electrical, remodels, decks, pools)
Administrative hearing & fine dockets, failed inspections, 311 complaints
NOAA/NWS storm & hail events
County parcel records and property age, recent sales, new-movers, pools, lot size
Each maps to the right trade (46 total), gets skip-traced for the owner's phone, and goes to one contractor per zip. Every lead is a public record you can verify against the city yourself. First one's a free preview. 110+ current users scaling thru AEO and GEO strategies every day. Very good retention rate so far would love to hear opinions! Thanks!

Would love to see a coverage map or signal-density indicator by city before signing up, so I can quickly tell which markets actually have the deepest data right now versus ones that are still ramping up.

@erolalaktpsz Great timing just shipped exactly that: bellavego.com/coverage — live signal-density by metro, tiered by how deep the data runs. Built it this morning off your comment. Take a look and tell me if that's what you meant

The fact that each zip gets only one contractor is a smart angle, tired of buying shared leads that go to five other roofers. The city verification piece is what sold me though, nice to actually check the citation before paying.

@cdereceli31520 Exactly the two things I built it around. The "check the citation yourself before paying" part is the whole trust model you never have to take my word for a lead. Appreciate you

honestly this looks really useful for contractors, the exclusivity per zip is a smart touch. one thing i'd want to see is some kind of lead score or priority indicator showing which properties are most urgent, like a place with no-heat violations versus just a weed citation. would help roofers and HVAC folks especially.

@semihdolaner We implemented lead scores a couple weeks ago. Since we do offer leads to 46 trades the ranking algorithm needs more bias to it, but customers seem to really like it.

Sat on a lead for five minutes, pulled the actual permit and 311 history right there on the map. Solopreneur pricing is honest and not having to bid against five other roofers for the same job changes the math completely.

@veysel981611 "Changes the math completely" — that's the line I couldn't fit on the landing page 😂. No bidding war is the point. Thanks for actually kicking the tires.

the verify against the city angle is honestly what sold me, knowing the data is backed by real public records makes the leads feel way more legit than other services i've tried
