A while back, I started writing short bedtime stories to help my wife unwind after long days. She loved them, and it became part of our nightly routine. That’s when we realized—why aren’t there more bedtime stories for adults? So, we built BedtimeFable.com together!
Why Bedtime Stories for Adults?
Most of us struggle to disconnect at night—phones, stress, endless to-do lists. But storytelling is a timeless way to relax. Instead of doomscrolling, we wanted to create something that gently eases people into sleep.

From a Small Idea to Something Bigger
At first, it was just for us. But as we shared the stories with friends, they encouraged us to make them available to others. We put the website together, and the response has been incredible! People have told us it helps them relax, reduce anxiety, and even sleep more deeply.
What’s Next?
We’re thinking of expanding—more stories, different voice options, and maybe even an app. But for now, we just want to get it into the hands of people who could benefit from it.
