Curious how often the water temp data gets refreshed, especially outside peak season? Wondering if it's pulling live from buoys or more like a weekly average kind of thing.

Each beach shows its typical warm-season sea temperature (a climatological value), so it answers "how warm does the water get in season" for trip planning, not "should I swim today.
The Spain and Portugal section is super helpful for planning a road trip, and I love how it shows water temps right on the map. Wish it had more photos for each spot though.
@asmin4738 Thanks for the idea! I might be able to add more photos for each spot.
Love that each pin actually shows the sand type and water temp right on the map preview instead of burying it three clicks deep. Whoever structured the data clearly cared about the details that actually matter when you're picking a beach.
