BatchBoard is India's modern school & coaching management software. Manage students, fees, attendance, exams, admissions CRM, and communication in one platform.
We built BatchBoard because we kept hearing the same frustration from schools and coaching institutes: they were juggling five different tools (and a lot of Excel and WhatsApp) just to track students, fees, attendance, exams, and admissions.
BatchBoard brings all of that into one simple platform, so administrators can spend less time on paperwork and more time actually teaching and growing their institute. Fee collection and reminders, attendance tracking, exam management, an admissions CRM, and built-in communication tools all live in one place.

Clean interface and the admissions CRM setup looks solid for coaching institutes juggling multiple batches. Wish the fee module had a quick view for pending dues.
@dugenciogl23408 Yes, we have that feature too, it also sends overdue invocie message to the parents on there whatsapp
A dedicated parent-facing mobile app would be a great addition, especially one that works well on low-end Android phones common in smaller towns. Right now most schools here just rely on WhatsApp groups for updates, but a lightweight app where parents can see attendance, pay fees, and download report cards without needing a desktop login would make daily life so much easier for both staff and families.

would love to see a parent-facing mobile app with push notifications for attendance and fee reminders, basically something simple where parents don't need to log into a web portal to check on their kid's progress. that would honestly make this way more useful for schools that deal with parents who aren't super tech savvy
