Privacy-first note app that works 100% offline. Features: voice-to-text, OCR scanner, visual note connections, built-in terminal, markdown support. No cloud, no tracking, complete data ownership. Perfect for professionals who value privacy.

The new Bardo 1.0.3 Beta update will add many useful features, namely: DarkDrop, import and export of connection graphs, creation of custom templates, listening to music from storage, and a powerful Full Privacy feature.
Here's a quick overview of everything.
DarkDrop is the ability to transfer notes over the air, namely: a QR code is created for your note, and you can scan it and the note will be saved on another device with Bardo.
Connection graphs can now be exported and imported into Bardo. This allows you to share your visualizations with friends or colleagues, and so on.
Complete privacy: currently, Bardo has and uses Google dependencies for local OCR and other functions. This feature completely blocks everything related to Google, including Firebase, OCR, Google Analytics, and more. It then creates a protective layer that prevents any application from connecting to Bardo and other services. It is difficult to explain this feature in detail because it is quite powerful.
There are also a couple of improvements in user experience, animation, optimization, and so on.
This is the biggest update ever released for Bardo at the moment.
When will 1.0.3 Beta be released? No idea. Too much has been added, so everything needs to be tested and fixed. Therefore, it will be released either at the end of October or in November. There are no exact dates.
A complete list of what has been added will be posted on our website bardotypexai.com sometime between October 23 and 25.
The new Bardo 1.0.3 Beta update is out. This is the most advanced and significant update in the history of Bardo, both past and future!

A major update to Bardo 1.0.2 Beta is currently being created.
It will completely change the template menu and to-do list creation.
Also fixed localisation in English, adding two-factor authentication.
Also about the latter, we've come up with a clever two-factor authentication, check it out for yourself later in Bardo.
Tweaking and adding different themes, different privacy settings and more privacy.
We also listened to feedback, so we will fix a few bugs related to to-do lists and stuff.
Also a pretty cool feature, exporting all notes on a timer. Bardo now offers local synchronisation, export and import of all notes, now you can set a timer to export.
It will be released on 30 September or before 5 October. Stay tuned for updates!

Bardo 1.0.3 Beta will feature a revolutionary feature called DarkDrop.
Thanks to this feature, you can transfer your notes to other devices wirelessly using a QR code.
This is a super cool feature: scan it, and the note that was just on another phone is now yours!
Perhaps in 1.0.3 Beta, it will be possible to use AI in Bardo!
We abandoned AI before release because the costs were enormous. And now I've come up with a brilliant idea. How to use AI without spending a penny for me as a developer, and without making Bardo ad-supported or paid.
