Balance on Demand is a nutrition-based website that allows you to set up a simple profile of your measurement, goals and restrictions to calculate your caloric and macronutritive intake, as well as a custom meal plan and grocery list every week.







I used balance on demand to create healthy grocery lists then have them delivered to my door which is a huge time saver. I hate going to the grocery store and always having to consider how healthy my meals are - when I prep my week with this it’s easy to stay on track
Pros:Super easy to use meal prep and planning that lets me never have to enter a grocery store or even really think about my meals
Cons:I don’t think there are any improvements to be had!
Recipes are easy to adjust for the entire family. Meal planning has never been easier.
Pros:Super easy to use and all the ingredients are at Publix/Kroger/Walmart. Order grocery list online and pick up on the way home.
Cons:None that I can think of!
Use it every week and love it send my grocery list to instacart and have my ingredients waiting for me when I get home from work on Mondays.

So far, so good. The easiest combo I've seen for clean, healthy eating and macro counting. Recommended targets very closely aligned to RP.
Pros:Super easy format combining Macro counting and meal prep/planning. Simple foods and easy to navigate
Cons:Options to eliminate some foods. My wife and I both use so it would be great to have similar shopping lists.
