Every French rental tool starts with a form. Bailin starts with the lease you already signed: drop the PDF and it reads out the property, tenant, rent, charges and schedule itself. Connect your bank and it runs: payments matched, receipts sent, unpaid rent escalated, rent indexed to the INSEE index, charges reconciled yearly.
