We tried BabySleepBot for our 5 month old girl after attempting several sleep consultants with no success. We were dubious about an online program at first but for the low cost we thought we don't have too much to lose. From the moment we pressed play on the first clip, not sure if it was Jennifer's soothing voice or just how logical the information was presented, but we found ourselves learning what we need to do in a way that actually felt really natural for us (we are much more hands on parents and prefer the gentle approach). It was basically small snippets of just what we needed to know without all the extra 'fluff'. We literally got our baby sleeping in 3 days and she's been sleeping through the night since!
