Publish a dealer application form, review submissions in an approval queue, and create approved buyers as Shopify customers or B2B companies with automatic tagging. Approved dealers get a gated order form and upload a CSV of SKUs and quantities to build a cart.
I'm James, founder of Kirkby Consulting, a Shopify agency. I built B2B Extended because I kept rebuilding the same two things for wholesale clients: a dealer application form with an approval process, and a bulk order form for approved buyers.
Shopify's native B2B covers pricing and payment terms once a company exists. It doesn't cover how a dealer applies in the first place, or how a buyer with a 300-line order gets that order into a cart without clicking through 300 product pages.
What the app does:
Dealer registration form with your own application questions
Approval queue to review, approve, or decline applications
Approving a dealer creates a customer or a company record, applies a B2B tag, and unlocks storefront access
Gated order form that only approved B2B customers can reach
CSV template download and upload, SKUs and quantities become a cart in one step
Email alert when a new application comes in
One thing I'd love feedback on: Whether you'd want approval to trigger a price list assignment automatically rather than just a tag.

The approval queue makes onboarding dealers feel way more controlled than my usual spreadsheet mess. Liked that approved buyers get their own gated order form right away.
