I’m incredibly excited to finally share Ayla Tracker with you today.
When we looked at the landscape of period and pregnancy apps, we noticed a trend: they were either cluttered with ads and anxiety-inducing alerts, or they required you to hand over highly sensitive medical data to third-party servers. We didn't think anyone should have to make that trade-off.
We built Ayla around two core principles:
Calm Tech: The app should feel like a quiet, supportive companion. It features a soothing dark mode and an ad-free, glassmorphic UI.
Absolute Data Sovereignty: Using a local-first architecture with encryption (E2EE for cloud syncing), your health data stays on your device.
