The WhatsApp angle is smart, but a built-in A/B testing tool for your AI reply templates would be a huge win. Being able to compare which versions get more replies or bookings would make the automation way more effective over time.

finally tried a demo and the handoff to a human felt really smooth, no awkward repeat questions for the customer. the pipeline view is basic but does the job for a small shop like mine.
Finally tried AxChat on my shop's WhatsApp and the auto-qualify feature is genuinely useful, it routed a hot lead straight to me while the AI handled the usual price questions. Smooth setup too.
honestly this looks pretty solid, but one thing i'd love to see is a built-in sentiment analysis for incoming chats so you can spot frustrated customers faster and jump in before they churn. would save a lot of manual monitoring for teams running high volume.
