Our Unlimited plan also features unlimited small task requests. We define a 'small task' as a request that takes 30 minutes or less. With the Unlimited tier, you may make as many task requests as you need. Our team will evaluate each incoming work request, and if the task looks like it will take longer than 30 minutes to complete, you'll be notified before we get to work, eliminating surprise charges on our invoices. The maintenance services include features such as: 🤩 Managed upgrade process We take care of keeping your WordPress website up-to-date at all times. Each upgrade session of the WordPress core, plugins, or themes begins in a separate staging environment, where we are testing pending updates to make sure they won’t break your site. 👨‍💻 Support & training Create new requests or communicate your questions to us via email, by submitting our support form, or sending a chat message to us using the live chat inside your WordPress administrator dashboard. 🕐 24/7 uptime monitoring & disaster recovery There's no need to worry about the recovery process. The Awwwsome team will start working on getting your website back up and running in the shortest time possible. 📊 Monthly reports At the beginning of every month, we will send you a detailed monthly maintenance report that covers the list of performed updates and a summary of important site metrics (such as performance, security, and uptime) as well as WooCommerce metrics. We created our own hosting infrastructure running on Google Cloud, Vultr, Digital Ocean, and Amazon Web Services. All websites are running on high-frequency servers with SSD NVMe only. Each website deployed on our platform receives special optimization to ensure the best performance. The powerful hardware and customized LEMP stack, combined with multiple caching layers and dedicated resources allocated for each website, ensure that each WordPress website is running as fast as possible. Unlike many hosting companies, we want to make sure that you can run any kind of WordPress/WooCommerce website on our platform.
