Awsboilerplate was created after a very painful experience of spending hours integrating and fiddling with aws, react and infrastructure just to test an idea. The project provides a complete stack for a serverless web architecture that is deployable in a few easy steps, Leveraging the latest features of CDK all infrastructure is expressed in python source code. An integrated CICD pipeline allows you to change any element of the project and push changes quickly and easily. It currently contains - Front End: React, Redux, Saga based on react-boilerplate, react bootstrap and a basic theme - Back End: Lambdas defined for common patterns, API gateways, route 53, cloudfront, naked domain redirect - Devops: CICD pipeline leveraging CDK, Fully AWS native, SAM support for local development Hope it saves people some time and pain!
