I know this is probably a bit niche and only relevant for AWeber users, but it was built out of a personal need and figured it was making available to other AWeber users.
Every week, we'd go through our AWeber lists and delete those unsubscribers which AWeber charge you for. We'd also look for subscribers who weren't opening our emails after 6 months and delete them.
It was a dull, repetitive task... A task easily automated. And that's what we'd done!
