I've just opened the beta of Averosi, a free applicant tracking system (ATS) built for headhunters and recruitment agencies in Vietnam. If you work in recruitment, you probably know the routine: candidates tracked in Excel, CVs scattered across email and Drive, profiles sent to clients over chat, then waiting for an answer.

Averosi puts all of that in one place:
→ A pipeline for every job, as a table or a Kanban board, with bulk stage moves and follow-up reminders when a candidate has been sitting too long.
→ AI CV reading: drop in a PDF or DOCX and the title, company, years of experience, skills and salary are filled in for you. Email, phone and name are masked before anything is sent to the AI.
→ AI match scoring against the JD: a 0–100 score, strengths backed by the CV, points to verify and 3 suggested interview questions.
→ A career page for your agency, with link previews on LinkedIn, Facebook and Zalo. Applications land straight in your pipeline.
→ Blind profiles for client review: contact details hidden, and the client approves or declines with a comment.
→ Import from Excel or Google Sheets, and work in English or Vietnamese.
It's free for agencies, with no credit card needed. AI features use AI credits, and every agency gets free credits each month.
Since this is a beta, I'd really value feedback from headhunters, TA teams and agencies: what's missing, what's hard to use, what breaks. There's a "Feedback" button in the app, and I read every message.
