I'm the founder of Aven by Kartexa, and this product was born from a problem I kept seeing firsthand. Students were making some of the biggest decisions of their lives—choosing a stream after Class 10 or a career—based on marks, family expectations, or social trends, not on who they truly are.
Existing career tests often felt generic. They would give you a personality type and a long list of careers, but not the confidence to make a decision.
So we built Aven.
Aven uses AI to understand a student's personality, interests, aptitude, and preferences, then recommends career paths and academic streams with practical explanations and real-world context. Our goal is simple: make personalized career guidance accessible to every student, regardless of where they live or what they can afford.
