Hi Product Hunt! I'm Arushi, cofounder of New Measure. We're an independent eval lab, and we built Avatar Arena to answer a simple question: which AI avatar videos would people actually post?
Most avatar demos are picked by the company that made them. They tell you what a model can do on its best day, not how it holds up on your script.
So here's how Avatar Arena works:
- Write a script, like a product demo, an ad hook, a founder update or a podcast promo.
- Record a 15-second clip of yourself, or pick a stock avatar.
- The same script is generated by two different models.
- Watch both and vote for the one you'd post.
Each vote is a head-to-head preference. Those votes feed a leaderboard we'll publish soon, so the ranking comes from real people on real use cases, not a curated launch reel.
It's free to use. Models in the arena today come from HeyGen, Synthesia, VEED, Creatify, Captions, JoggAI, Tavus and Runway.
Fun fact: the launch video attached here was made with AI, which a lot of people didn't believe. Take a look and see if you can tell.
