AURON helps athletes and personal trainers stay accountable with workout tracking, nutrition, hydration, sleep, progress timelines, leaderboards, streaks, and coaching tools—all in one platform. Train with proof. Earn your AURON Score™.

how does the AURON Score actually get calculated, does it factor in sleep and hydration equally to workout intensity or is there a weighted formula behind it
@avcarnecde70934 Great question! The AURON Score is based on a weighted consistency model rather than any single metric. Workout completion carries the highest weight, while habits like sleep, hydration, protein intake, daily steps, and streak consistency all contribute to the overall score. The goal is to reward sustainable habits instead of only rewarding intense workouts. We're also experimenting with making the scoring customizable for different fitness goals, so feedback like this is really valuable.
One thing I'd love to see is a way to share a read-only version of my workout log with my physical therapist. Right now if I want her to see my progress she has to sign up too, which is a lot of friction. A simple shareable link with limited time access would make it way easier to loop in other people on my care team.
@elifnur1388706 That's a fantastic idea. We designed AURON primarily around athletes and coaches, but a secure, time-limited read-only progress link for physical therapists, nutritionists, or even family members could remove a lot of friction. I'll add this to our roadmap—thanks for the suggestion!
The streaks and leaderboards actually make me want to log my sessions instead of skipping them. Surprised how clean the progress timeline feels compared to the spreadsheet mess I was using before.
@zekiyehwuy That's exactly what we were hoping to achieve. Motivation comes and goes, but consistent habits are what lead to long-term results. We built the streaks, leaderboards, and timeline to make logging feel rewarding instead of like another chore. Thanks for sharing your experience!
