Aunt Bertha is a listing of health and human services, both private and government. It solves a huge problem by amplifying the discoverability of social services -- often, people who need help don't know what's available to them.
They have a new "Connect" feature which pulls the ability to contact agencies into a simplified, consistent UI within the Aunt Bertha site. I don't know their plans for expansion, but I would love it if they could simplify application forms, and allowed you to have a centralized record of your information that you can use to apply to any program.

I just sponsored a hackathon to develop tools like this locally, I am excited for the backend and how much they have gotten accomplished. Working with homeless coalitions I found that many people just are not aware of how much help is truly out there.
