IFRS S2 disclosure controls for Group Reporting and Financial Control. Supporting documentation against every figure, recorded review and approval, an append-only activity log, a read-only auditor seat, and a one-click assurance export.

I built Auditably, a software tool for finance and sustainability teams that are preparing for their first IFRS S2 disclosure cycle.
The first wave of ISSB‑aligned reporting is already here. Malaysia has its NSRF, the UK has UK SRS, Australia has AASB S2, Singapore has SGX, Brazil has CVM, and California has SB 261. All of them have set deadlines between 2025 and 2028. Tens of thousands of mid‑market companies are now legally required to disclose climate‑related risks, scenario analysis, transition plans, and Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions – to the same standard as their financial statements.
Right now, most of those companies are using spreadsheets and Big 4 templates. Neither format survives an auditor's first review cycle.
So I built Auditably around the 33 IFRS S2 disclosure paragraphs. Every data point is connected to its source evidence. Every change is timestamped and attributed to a user. The final output is a complete auditor pack that you can hand directly to KPMG, PwC, EY, or Deloitte for assurance. You don't need to prepare a separate working paper.
You can try a free six‑minute readiness diagnostic at auditably.co. It gives you an IFRS S2 score before you commit to anything.
Reach out if you are a Group Reporting Manager, a Head of Sustainability, or an ESG advisor who is working on a first‑cycle ISSB disclosure. I am always happy to compare notes.
