Hey everyone, really excited to launch our first product on product hunt. The story behind this product is that whenever I am editing podcasts or event videos that run for a couple of hours - I dread one thing the most - The audio levels. Usually in events, podcasts or interviews there's multiple recording devices for various parties & more often than not, they produce varied outputs. Sometimes there's huge variations even in the same audio track. I'd spend hours manually splicing & adjusting the gain and volume on the tracks to make them sound uniform. I figured there must be a better way to do it & I did infact find it - Adobe Audition/Audacity/ProTools etc - There were a lot of audio editing tools but they just had so many options and endless possibilities, I was buckled by the options. I wanted something to simply make my audio levels uniforms. I resorted to doing it manually. That's when we decided that we should make something that does just one thing and does it well. That's how we came up with AudioNorm. It has literally shaved off hours off of my workflow. I am excited to share this with the community of editors out there.
