Hey PH — I'm Sushanth, a solo developer running a portfolio of mobile apps. I wanted to drop in and explain what actually went into Audexa, because the surface description undersells what's strange and fun about it.
The core idea: radio was the last ambient media format that felt alive. Podcasts are great but frozen in time. Spotify is music. Nothing fills the "I want to hear something interesting right now about a topic I care about" gap — especially not in your language, in a format you like.
So Audexa generates the content live. Not cached, not stitched from a library. Every segment is produced on the fly based on your topic preferences, format selection, and language. The hardest part was making the stream feel continuous — there's a lot of real-time orchestration happening under the hood to keep audio flowing without awkward gaps or repetition.
The call-in line (+1-833-398-1230) is my favorite feature. You pick up the phone, say "black holes" or "Japanese street food" or "stoic philosophy," hang up, and it surfaces in your stream. There's something deeply satisfying about a phone call having a tangible effect on what you hear minutes later. It's intentionally low-tech on your end — no app required to request.
The voice cloning host feature surprised me with how much people enjoy it. Hearing your own voice anchor a segment about a topic you love is genuinely weird and fun.
Happy to answer anything — what formats you'd want added, how the multilingual generation works, what topics are most popular so far, whatever. Ask away.

Hi PH! Built Audexa because every audio product I love (podcasts, music) is frozen the moment it's recorded. I wanted something closer to live radio: generated and streamed continuously, where you can actually interact.
Audexa is a 24/7 AI-generated radio station. 33 topic areas, 18 formats, 10 languages. The differentiator: a real phone number (+1-833-398-1230) you can call, say a topic out loud, and it shows up in the next stream cycle. Generated live, not pre-cached. You can also clone your own voice and become the host.
Three things I'd genuinely love feedback on:
Is "live AI radio" a real category in a normal person's head, or does it just read as "AI slop with a phone number"?
The call-in mechanic: hook or gimmick? Compelling enough to drive a download, or cute-once?
Monetization: currently freemium with the listening session as the unit of value. Open to harsh opinions on whether that's even the right axis.
Test the phone line before installing if you want: +1-833-398-1230. Honest critique > polite nods.
