Point it at your MobileSheets synced folder and your tunes are there, with the setlists you built and the collections you sorted. Snippets keep working the same way as on MobileSheets. There is no import, no export and no sync step. Scores come straight from local files, with no network round trip and no sync step, so a page turn is immediate. Arrow keys, Space, PageUp and PageDown all turn pages. A pedal works too!
As for many of us musicians on linux, support for existing tablet apps on desktop hasn't always been great. Mobilesheets is one of the defacto scores management app on android but the UI isn't really outstanding.
Since everybody is using it on tablet, I didn't want to reinvent the wheel and focused on what was missing for us when working at our desk. I made it simple to use, keyboard accessible and read-only so the main use-case to view our sheets on screen was fullfilled.
