I’m not a programmer. My background is in business management, and this attendance management system came from my own experience and ideas about how such a system should actually work. Before Astra, turning those ideas into a real, customized product would have required hiring developers and spending a significant amount of money. With Astra, I could simply describe what I wanted, test the results, give feedback, and continuously refine the product. Astra handled the actual implementation and turned my requirements into a working application. This made it possible for me to build a truly personalized attendance and shift management system around my own business requirements — something I could never have built by myself before.
