Atox: One calm place to run Claude, Codex and any other agent

Atox is a desktop app for running AI coding agents. I built it after my terminal turned into a pile of tabs with Claude Code and Codex across several projects, and I kept losing track of which agent was working, which had finished and which was about to hit its limit.

What it does:

• Claude Code, Codex and other agents in one chat, with switching between agents and models

• Agents can hand tasks to each other, for example Claude asking Codex for a review

• Changes, diffs, commits, pull requests and issues next to the chats

• Claude and Codex plan limits in the sidebar

• A terminal for every project, projects and spaces, keyboard shortcuts

Atox is free and open source (MIT), runs on macOS and Linux, and works with your existing subscriptions
