I recommend Atmos to everyone who's on the market for a custom home. I can't wait till they expand beyond the NC market. I personally can't afford a custom home, but I appreciate team's attention to design & energy. Keep up the great work! Maybe one day I can become a customer 😂

I've watched my parents build two middle-class homes from scratch (in more affordable places than where I currently live 😅 ). That process, from picking a lot of land, to choosing a cookie cutter design (in their case), never made much sense to me as an offline process. Seeing Atmos immediately made sense to me, and I love the idea of being able to pick from thousands of designs.

This is super cool! How do you know where the land is? Are people submitting this or is there a municipality API?
