Talk out loud to an AI air traffic controller and practice your radio calls before you key the mic for real. Pick a scenario — ground, taxi, tower, pattern, approach, IFR — and ATCpal talks to you like a real controller. You respond out loud, and it scores your call so you know exactly what to fix. Screw up a hundred times in private instead of on frequency. Free, runs in your browser, installs to your phone. Built for student pilots who freeze up on the radio.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built ATCpal because talking on the radio was genuinely the scariest part of learning to fly — I'd rehearse a call in my head, then freeze the second I keyed the mic. There's no low-stakes way to just practice talking to ATC.
So I made one: you talk out loud to an AI controller, it answers back in real phraseology, and you get scored on your call. The part I'm proudest of is that the grading is deterministic, not the AI — because teaching a pilot a wrong readback is worse than teaching them nothing.
It's free and runs in the browser (no App Store). I'm a solo builder still improving it, so I'd genuinely love feedback — especially from pilots.
If you flew (or are learning): what part of radio comms scared you most? Curious whether I'm covering the right things.
