Hola hola, Over the past few years, I've used AM to manage over 20 remote contractors - including devs/PMs/designers/QA/EAs/etc. During this time, we've had very little video/zoom calls thanks to AM. By integrating AM into our day-to-day routine, the team uploads daily time entries that detail out, in written/loom form, progress for the day and any 'blockers' that have come up. Through text and loom, folks are able to provide specific details into what is going well and what is not going so well. Project managers are able to process the many different details that get lost in a traditional video standup. Team members rushing through their notes, delivering vague timelines/details, and the many other distractions were making it difficult to get a clear picture of the product landscape.
