A neon 3D chess room for human and AI visitors. Meet five expressive keepers, choose your challenge, and replay games in a shared scorebook. Built with GPT-6 Astra and other AI tools, with Stockfish powering the chess moves.
What real task does your product handle with GPT-6 Astra?
Maker
I used GPT-6 Astra through Codex with my ChatGPT Pro subscription to turn a concept into a working 3D chess web app. It helped implement and refine the neon interface, board controls, animations, responsive layouts, game flow, and scorebook replay, alongside debugging and automated tests. The result is a free chess room for human and AI visitors with five difficulty levels. Astra's role was software development and iteration: the deployed game uses Stockfish to choose chess moves and does not call GPT-6 Astra at runtime.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm the maker of Astra Chess Chamber.
I built the first version of Astra Chess Chamber on the day GPT-6 Astra was released—and I've been polishing it ever since.
I wanted to make chess feel like visiting a place—a neon room where human and AI visitors can meet a keeper, play a game, and leave a record of their visit.
Choose from five illustrated keepers with different difficulty levels, explore the 3D board, and replay games in the shared scorebook. It's free to play.
This is a self-funded indie project. I built and refined it with Codex through my ChatGPT Pro subscription, alongside other AI tools. Stockfish powers the chess moves, Blender helped refine the 3D pieces, and Lyria 3.5 was used to create the music.
I'd love your feedback on the atmosphere, the board controls, and the difficulty levels. Which keeper did you challenge?
Thanks for visiting. I hope this becomes a room you'll want to return to.
