Ask your customers what they think with a QR code right after their visit — and understand why you're losing them, before it turns into a bad review. No app, no integrations. 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Andrey, a solo founder building AskHedgy.
The idea came from something pretty ordinary. I've built a few web products over the years, and I kept noticing the same thing from the other side — as a customer.
Something goes a little wrong at a café, a clinic, or somewhere else. Nothing dramatic. But your mood drops a bit, and you start thinking, "I probably won't come back." Most of the time, you don't say anything — the person might be busy, it feels awkward, or you just don't know who to tell.
So you leave. And the business never finds out what happened.
That's the part I wanted to fix.
AskHedgy is a simple QR code that a business can put on a table, on the counter, tucked into the bill folder, or wherever the visit ends. A customer scans it, answers a few quick questions, and that's it — no app, no login. If something is wrong, the owner gets an email alert right away — hopefully while there's still a chance to do something about it.
I wanted to keep it really simple. No CRM integration, no complicated setup, no trying to replace existing review platforms. Just a way for a small business to hear from the customers who might otherwise leave without saying anything.
AskHedgy is still an MVP, so I'd genuinely love some feedback. Especially if you run a café, clinic, restaurant, salon, hotel, or any other customer-facing business — how do you currently find out when something goes wrong?
I'd love to hear what you think.
