What's great

Arya makes the job search feel much less overwhelming. I like that it brings relevant opportunities together and reduces the amount of time spent searching through different job portals. The matching and application support are especially useful when applying to multiple roles, and having everything in one place makes the process feel more organised. It doesn’t completely replace manual review, but it takes care of a lot of the repetitive work.

What needs improvement

The job matching could still be more precise in some cases, as not every recommendation feels equally relevant to my profile. I’d also like more control over the types of roles and companies being prioritised. Some parts of the application flow could be a little faster and more streamlined as well. That said, these feel more like areas for improvement than major issues with the product.

vs Alternatives

I considered using regular job portals and other AI-based job search tools, but Arya felt more focused on the overall job-search workflow rather than just showing job listings. The combination of job discovery, profile matching and application support was the main reason I preferred it. It also felt easier to get started without having to manage several different tools.

What's great

Arya by Mentoria, fast tracked my job hunt experience. This is not a tool that brings you false hope, but actually brings results. While I was struggling to get interview call due to the huge ATS bottleneck, Arya, cut short the process & helped me land directly into the recruiter's inbox. Which beats the traditional job hunt/ application system. If you are looking for a tool to secure new opportunities, choose Arya. if you are looking to invest in a platform & scale it, choose Arya!

What needs improvement

I feel the job pool could be a bit wider. They could partner up with multiple other agencies to offer more jobs, more leads, and specifically be more certified and credible. The job pool and the amount of titles I can add to my job search are restricted to five, but being able to add more job titles would definitely increase the pool.

What's great

I was spending way too many evenings applying and hearing nothing back. Same story every week. Arya changed that for me. It finds roles that actually fit what I’m looking for, tweaks my CV for each one, and handles the follow-ups so I don’t have to keep chasing. That alone saved me a lot of time. Feels less like another AI tool and more like someone helping with the messy part of job hunting.

What needs improvement

Wish I could see a bit more clearly which applications got a reply or an open. Also want more say over how the cover letter sounds before it goes out. A mobile app would be nice. Apart from that, it’s been solid.

Naukri Clear

Honestly just doing it myself on Naukri and LinkedIn. I tried a resume rewriter once but it only fixed the CV. I still had to find jobs, apply, and follow up on my own. Arya does more of that end to end, so I stuck with it.

What's great

Time saved due to this convenience. The automatic CV tailoring, ATS optimization etc. help but the automated recruiter outreach and follow ups are simply brilliant. They take away all the stress of the job search by doing most of the hard work behind the scenes.

What needs improvement

I would like to have something like auto parsing of the recruiter’s mails for interview scheduling and to sync up with my calendar to set the interviews.

vs Alternatives

I considered many options to do the same manually on my own on various Indian job sites including resume optimizers. I landed up choosing Arya because it does not only tailor my documents but also does the work of searching, applying and following up. It gives me control over the job search again.

What I like is that Arya takes some of the repetitive work out of job searching. It’s helpful for discovering relevant openings and gives a more structured way of going through applications. The biggest benefit is the time saved, although I still prefer to review the suggestions myself before applying.

What needs improvement

The job matching could be more accurate, particularly when a profile has experience across different types of roles. Some recommendations can feel only loosely related, so better personalisation and filtering would help. I’d also like the application process to feel a little more consistent from one job to another.

What needs improvement

What's great

Tried Arya and it genuinely changed how I approached applying. The daily matched roles were relevant, the CV tailoring saved me time annd effort, and having follow-ups handled for me meant I stopped letting good leads go cold. Would recommend to anyone tired of the manual grind.
