I’m Raf the creator of ARTIFY.
I’ve always loved the boldness of modern art — Banksy’s rebellion, KAWS’s playfulness, Basquiat’s raw energy. But most people never get to see their own photos through that lens.
I first thought of the idea back in 2016, I attempted to build it in 2019 but the neural network style transfers took way too long and the reSults were not great!
So the idea was shelved until now.
I built ARTIFY: as a simple way to reimagine your favourite photos in the style of any contemporary artist, and bring them to life as framed art but I didn't want to steal from artists - I want them to be involved and with their permission to use the style they've mastered in return for up-to 90% royalties,
