Wrap the auth and permission model more visibly so admins can see exactly which underlying data sources the AI is touching in real time. Right now I'm guessing what Claude can pull from our CRM.
Finally wrapped my old Oracle ERP behind one clean layer for Claude, and the time to first useful answer was honestly shorter than I expected. The MCP setup felt surprisingly painless for something that usually means a week of yak shaving.
honestly the MCP setup was way simpler than i expected, basically plugged in our old CRM and it just worked with Claude. kind of a relief to finally have a clean way to talk to all these legacy systems without a huge engineering project.
Honestly pretty cool that I could hook it up to our old CRM and actually get decent answers in Claude without a huge setup. It felt kind of magical seeing decades of data suddenly queryable in plain English.
