Hey Product Hunt, I'm Arshad Azeez M, and I built Arsaze. Before this I was building Lumetrix Play, which turns YouTube programming videos into interactive courses for students. To grow it we had to post content all the time, and I was spending around 4 hours a day just editing. Most of that wasn't creative work. It was cutting silences, trimming retakes, fixing captions, and re-exporting because one small thing changed. Time is the one thing everyone gets the same amount of. You can earn money back, but you can't get those hours back. So Arsaze started as a side project to get my own hours back, and it grew from there. Arsaze is a video editor your AI can actually use. You connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok over MCP, and it works on a real timeline: cutting, trimming, searching your footage. You can watch it happen live in your browser. You can also edit by hand with transcript-based editing, auto cut, word-level captions, voice cloning, and shareable versions your client can comment on frame by frame. We ran a real test with a content creator. He took 3 hours 12 minutes to edit one of his videos. We gave the same footage to Claude through Arsaze, and it produced an edit in 23 minutes. It wasn't as polished as his, but it was close enough that people had a hard time believing AI made it. Most of those 23 minutes were Claude thinking between batches of edits, not Arsaze working. Arsaze won't replace editors, and that's not what it's for. It's for the repetitive, annoying part of the job, so you have time for the part that matters. On pricing: connecting your own AI and editing is free. Credits are only for our in-house AI and generation features. If you end up loving it and want to upgrade, that helps a lot.
